Vasiligianni was my grandfather's name, who was a stonemason and built this house. Out of passion and pride, I have restored this wonderful gem in the heart of Epirus and offer it to you for a perfect stay. The house is surrounded by an area of approximately 800 square meters, to which guests have full access. The area features an outdoor barbecue, trees, and beautiful spots for relaxation. Of course, guests also have access to all areas of the house inside.
The house is located at an equal distance of approximately 40 km from Ioannina and Arta, while Preveza and the sea are only 50 minutes away. It is an ideal base for your excursions in Epirus.
Nearby you will find Lake Ziros, Lake Viros, Kokkinopilo and the Roman aqueduct in Agios Georgios, among other attractions.
Welcome to our stone-built retreat in Kouklesi, Ioannina! Our accommodation is located in an idyllic mountainous location, between Ioannina, Arta and Preveza, offering easy access and the opportunity to enjoy fresh air and untouched nature.
Here you will have the opportunity to wander on unexplored paths, enjoy magnificent views and experience a relaxing sleep that can truly rejuvenate you. Ioannina and Arta are about 40 minutes away by car, while Preveza is about an hour away. In addition, Kouklesi has over 30 kilometers of road network, as well as waterfalls, springs and other natural attractions waiting for you to discover.
